SUPPORT FOR GROWING MINDS AND HEARTS

Compassionate Preteen and Children’s Counseling

What You’ll Get from Children’s Counseling

Children experience big emotions, just like adults—but they often lack the tools to express or process what they’re going through. At Roberts Counseling, we provide a safe, nurturing space where kids and preteens can explore their feelings, develop healthy coping skills, and feel understood.

A Safe, Welcoming Environment

Kids need to feel safe before they can open up. Our therapists specialize in creating calm, supportive spaces where children feel heard, seen, and valued.

Improved Behavior at Home and School

By getting to the root of emotional or behavioral challenges, we help kids build the confidence and self-awareness to make positive changes.

Age-Appropriate Techniques

Through play therapy, storytelling, art, and conversation, we tailor sessions to each child’s age and developmental stage.

Emotional Regulation Tools

We help children learn how to manage their emotions in healthy ways—teaching skills they can use both now and throughout life.

Parent and Family Support

You won’t be left out of the process. We partner with parents to provide updates, insights, and tools you can use to support your child outside of therapy.
